Hope all the folks in the Carolinas are doing well after the visit from Hannah. Doesn't look like you were beat up too bad on the map but one never knows.

Thanks!

I can't speak for those closer to the coast...I'm right in the middle of NC...but we just got some good (needed) rain this morning...and that's it.

Thanks Mike, all's well. Medium winds and some hard rain is all we had, even though eye was only 30 miles away. Signals the start of fall.

Glad all is well there Rich.  It's good to stay to the West side of that eye.

Here in Raleigh we ended up with 5.5 inches of rain in approximately 15 hours.  We can only hope this is the only storm we see passing through this year.  Several years ago a storm by the name of Fran tore Raleigh all to pieces.  I lost 26 trees, a roof and a car to that storm.  Personally, it might be a sign of fall but I hate hurricane season!

In Winston here we only got 1" if that. Further west NC the less was felt.
We sure could use that rain though.

Shane:

Sorry to hear it!  Sounds like if you did not have bad luck with that house you would not have any luck at all!
