Thanks Nick.

Briefly I have a sound treated home theater room. Currently upstream I have a Thorens TD-165. Original owner from the 70s. (yes, I'm old) Hanna SL cartridge. Home built HTPC/Music Server with JRiver software and dbPoweramp for ripping to FLAC. Oppo BDP-105 for CD/DVD playback.

2-Channel includes a Lyngdorf 2170 and Tekton Double Impact upgrade speakers. (The Tektons recently displaced the long loved 804s as mains for music. It wasn't even close, believe it or not.)

HT Denon 4520DI feeding B&W 804 fronts and HTM-1 Center. I have B&W DS3s for side/surround and rear. I have a self constructed sub with two opposed 15" drivers and two Crown amps for power. Yep, only 7.1. I don't have 11.2 or 17.8 or whatever is out there this week yet. Please don't shun me. The HT seats 8 with a JVC D-ILA Projector and 142" fixed frame screen.

My main hobby is collecting hobbies. Just ask my wife. The Bullitt5094 name is because I have a 2001 Bullitt Edition Mustang GT. It's been modified a bit. Now putting about 1400 HP to the pavement and running 8.6 @ 160mph in the quarter mile. I've found quite a few audiophiles that have NHRA licenses too. You wouldn't think that, but we are also car nuts.

Again, thanks for add.

Now that sounds like a serious piece of equipment.

Welcome!

As soon as I saw the reference to Bullitt, I thought of the Steve McQueen movie. Way too much power for me.... I had never heard of the Hana SL cartridge, so I looked it up. Seems like an excellent performer for a good price.
