Tim, not Randy, according to news reports anyway .

I'm familiar with BTO and Guess Who music, but not nearly as much as Grateful Dead. Besides the fact that I'm a phan of Gordon Lightfoot, and having seen him in concert once late in his career at the Beacon Theater, the Grateful Dead cover one, and only one Lightfoot song - Early Morning Rain. Phil Lesh is lead vocalist. Every Grateful Dead version of EMR is absolutely spectacular.
