Check out this new remote control. It is a remote peripheral in Windows Vista. Blue tooth allows 325 feet range, two way display of all media including video on the Vista server which can be anywhere on the network, of course.

We still need a network player that can act as a "windows sound card" even though it is out on the network. Then it can DAC vista's library. Does a sound card like that exist yet? Sounds like Vista allows such a beast. Slim, Sonos, Audio Research, are you listening?? Ricavision is on the ball, come on audio mfgs! All we need is a windows driver for SB, right?

Whoa!  Wow.  I'm still trying to wrap my head around how all this computer stuff works.  The different data-stream formats, clock signals, etc. are quite confusing to me.  But, I'm trying!  These kinds of flash-forward ideas are part of what I want to write about.

Nice find!
