Wow.  It's only been 6-7 years since these were around $60-70 each... and inflation has been mostly flat and the dollar is stronger than it was then.  Limited availability has driven their price through the roof because it's not increase in cost.

Yep.  Good old PE  :wtf:

HAL:
When I started looking at BG NEO10's about 5 years ago, they were already $199.00 at PE, the BG NEO3-PDR's were $70.

Figured something was going to happen to price once I spotted PS Audio using the BG NEO10 in one of their new $14K speakers at AXPONA2019.   Once BG's IP was bought by Christie Digital something was going to happen.

S Clark:
I had a couple of kids that used the BG Neo 8's in projects, and I think one project with the BG Neo 3,  Of course, Danny basically sold them at cost to support the program.  They were higher than his mid woofers or his dome tweeters, but not double or triple the price.
And I'm not saying the 10's are a bad buy at several hundred each, just that prices have inflated way beyond their previous levels, and is the result of scarcity as opposed to material or financial cost.
