Looking good.Did you remove lolly columns with a new beam ? Sub panel ? Clg ? Flooring ? Be advised to use a reflective surface to a non reflective surface. Carpet floor sheetrock clg. Acoustic tile wood floor as an example.

Yes I removed the column and installed a new beam. It was a custom product and cost a bundle. have 3 dedicated 20 Amp lines. I am installing waterproof flooring. The walls are 5/8 moisture resistant. The ceiling is going to be a wood slat I'll find a photo in pintrest and post.
