not strictly hardware related
« on: December 02, 2010, 06:37:56 AM »
I have been using Mozilla Thunderbird for years (now version 3.7.1) and would not change it for the world but I am getting tired of the theme/background appearance. Anyone ever found a way to change this? The Mozilla site offers nothing of interest; they concentrate on Firefox.

Here you go shep,
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/themes/

I use Thunderbird too, works well. Do you use the Mozilla backup program?

Been there. I was looking for a way to recolour the page. I don't mind the icon and the layout. Never heard about backup program. I haven't had occasion to need it but you never know do you.

Looks like some of those plugins do some colors, but you've seen it already...

The backup program is called mozbackup, for thunderbird and firefox.

Server seems down right now.

I also use the Lightning calendar plugin. Not as flexible as Outlook, but no crashes either.  8)
