I can't remember on which thread it was (isn't memory the second thing to go? :duh), but in the last week or so I seem toremember somebody talking about trying to find a 100w or so tube amp for a reasonable price.
I just ran into this on ebay and thought it might fit the bill.

Tempting, isn't it? Although while it is cheap now, who knows what happens to the bidding in the last 5 minutes.
But it is worth keeping an eye on.............

At 60, my senior moments are rapidly accumulating also by the day as I continue to pay the price for my life choices of the past. :duh It's that I can relate that I'm so willing to help.
