This is the quick and easy (total 20 min)
feeds two to four
1 can of Cento white clam sauce
1 can of baby clams
1 can of chopped clams
stir and heat. Add some herbs and sun dried tomatoes to taste
1/2 box linguine or full box for four in boiled water 10 min.
Serve. Add parmesan and Italian loaf for a quick and great meal.
If you like red try the Dellallo brand.

For me a bit different. 3 dozen fresh little neck Clams. 10 cloves garlic whole, red pepper, EVOO, chopped fresh parsley [ 1/2 cup] and Clam juice. In a large pasta pot pour in 8 Tbls EVOO heat til hot add garlic [ crushed] until golden brown, Add clams unopened, add 1 1/2 cups Clam juice add red pepper to taste, Cover pot and cook at high until clams open. Cook linquine separately. When Clams open add parsley to clams and pour over pasta.

That sounds delicious. I've got to get better at the scratch cooking.

It is. Fresh Clams make a huge difference. You can do same with Clams Poliissipo. Brown garlic in EVOO. Add 1 cup white wine, cook alcohol out. Then add 1 cup strained tomato bring to boil. Then add fresh clams and cover until clams open . Get some crusty italian bread and some wine and be happy. You can eliminate tomato and use parsley and clam juice for another style. Either over pasta or as is. Delish.
