Shrimp Scampi

  Easy as pie. Clean 1lb of shrimp. Mince 2 cloves garlic, juice of one lemon, parsley [ 1/4 cup chopped ], 1/2 cup dry white wine. Put all ingredients in a plastic bag to marinate for 1 hour. Heat a cast iron skillet add 2 tlbs EVOO heat then add shrimp mixture in hot pan stir and cook til done. Enjoy !!! Get some crusty Italian bread.
