Well, not exactly an album or CD, but I really get a kick out of the videos on the "Live From Daryls House" site. Just some awesome music and guests.

+1 on Eva Cassidy

Jethro Tull did a live recording of Auqalung a few years back that was not a public concert but rather a live performance in a small room for about 40 people. So it is not the reproduction of an arena or stadium show but rather it sounds like they stopped over your house to jam in the living room. Not the ultimate in abosulute SQ, but a very cool listening experience.
