For most of the day I've been listening to interconnects... mostly comparing OCC copper to OCC silver within the same line and manufacturer. Audio Sensitivity Statement cables.
Beethoven 3rd w/ Sir Charles Mackerras
Hourglass by James Taylor
The Hunter by Jennifer Warnes
The Nightfly by Donald Fagen
My Funny Valentine by the New York Jazz Quintet
Angels Running by Patty Larkin
Joshua Judges Ruth by Lyle Lovett
... and probably one or two more that I've forgotten in my mental fatigue.
I think I like the Silver ones. But the are close on most music.
Your thoughts on these vs Wywires Silver?
I'm leaning toward saying Audio Sensibility Statement silver, Wywires silver, Audio Sensibility Statement copper.
The Audio Sensibility statement copper reminds me of Hapa Audio (Pez from A.C.) Quiescense Silver(but actually copper) interconnect.. but at 1/2 the price.
And those three are really close, like if on a 100 pt scale, 91, 90, 88. When cables are that close, they'll do different things in different systems.
I'll eventually move them into my main system- later in the week. I'll let you know if things change.
