Those buttons are real solid gold.
what with the way the world is going, it is an investment, not just a preamp.
It is only going to go up in value.

The Swiss melted the Nazi bullion into FM acoustics buttons and knobs.

Anyone ever listened to FM Acoustics gear?  I've never heard any of their devices.

I've heard their stuff. Swiss made. Been around since the 80's. THey used to be demoed with Goldmund studio tt's and the like. Nice glitter, probably good sound, very over-priced. If i was into gold and glitter I would buy Accuphase.

I have a FM acoustics amp in my house right now. My friend Karl found one that was broken.
He fixed it and it sounds really good for SS. Very rich and warm , very musical.
In my system I can see colors, sort of reminds me of the Krell KSA 100 but more dimensional, but not nearly as dimensional as tubes.
Their prices are rididulous and clearly bot worth what they charge, but youknow this hobby.
Their marketing guy probably told them to raise their prices for the Dubai market!
