Your welcome Nick.
I just found a recording that will test the dynamics of one's system. I found it on Deezer,
but also YouTube but of lesser quality. Be careful of the volume as it could easily clip one's system.
The transparency and naturalness are very natural.
Vladimir Horowitz plays Chopin Polonaise in A flat Major, Op.53 "Heroic" Polonaise

Thanks. Found it on Roon 👍
Glad you found it Nick.
Interestingly, high DA (electrolytic capacitors) means electrons stick to the insulation and
slowly release. One of the degrading effects is loss of dynamics. With low DA polypropylene
(capacitors), the dynamics are increased.
The first time I heard that selection at normal volume, when the dynamics suddenly hit, I
thought the cones were going to separate from the speaker basket. Quite startling. Poly caps
in the power supply helps with the dynamics, as well as naturalness of the sound.
Here is a recording of Horowitz. Although not as natural of recording, the dynamics are pretty amazing.
The power in those fingers amazes me.
