Angel City Audio and Melody at RMAF 2011
« on: September 30, 2011, 12:10:59 PM »
Hey everybody, ACA will be at RMAF in room 442 in a couple of weeks.  I know our demo tour plans have hit a series of snags, but for those of you attending, here's your chance to hear the goods.  There will be some special deals during the show, so it will be a great time to get some shiny new toys.  :thumb:

Gear list:
Melody M845 monoblocks

Melody Pure Black 101 preamplifier

ACA Trinity speakers

In the picture above you can also see some prototype ACA cables, and a not-yet-officially-released balanced power supply, both of which will also be making an appearance.  Also, the Onix XCD-50, which is mostly just there because it's the best cdp Hugh has, is still available at closeout prices.

I hope to see some AN t-shirts and friendly faces crowding our room!

  • All Melody gear will be 20% off (which can add up to a pretty substantial savings - $2080 on the as shown amp/preamp combo for those of you about to whip out the calculators ;))

I missed Hugh (and the beer) when I snuck away to take a listen.

I had the same impression Chris did - just a nice, easy to listen to, relaxed feel to the sound.

Nice write-up Hugh, and you take a 'darling' picture.

But if he is going to get pictures taken with his speakers he will need to get some posing lessons from Chris.
