Analogue Productions 45 RPM 2012 Reissue... I have heard this recording numerous times on LP & various CD... I swear I've just heard this live studio recording for the first time... the sonics are incredible... cymbals, piano, drum kit, sax, double bass are real!!! Decay & Dynamics to die for... those original tapes must have been in incredible condition!  :thumb: :thumb:

Steve Wilson's newest release - The Raven That Refused to Sing

- ex Porcupine Tree mastermind does it again with the help of some of the best prog session musicians playing these days. It has it's synphonic moments, its soft moments, its rockin' moments, its instrument showcases. Overall a really great prog-rock album and surely a nominee for best prog album of the year. Oh, and the sound quality is awesome, as expected.

This is the CD, but there is an LP version available too.

Yup, just released this week. Very different from his PT stuff, and definitely an advance over his previous 2 solo releases. Awesome band behind him. Can't wait to see the live show in April at the Best Buy Theater in NYC.
