grabbed a 498$  lcd 32" emerson at wally world today-

so far so good-not as clear & clean as my beloved 32 panny crt wide screen -but dam good for a lcd

this sucker has a digital tuner,hooked up a cable line without a hd box and receive :drool: all my local hd stations-fox-cbs-abc-nbc-pbs and a bunch of sub channels - no tnt,espn,discovery,a&e

mr crabbs wasnt quite red enough so i adjusted till he was red with no orange and the general lee was orange with no red :rofl:

the blacks are pretty good-

watching abc hd right now-cant be happier-
its far from perfect for standard tv-but well worth the money for digital & hd so far
