LI Fair next weekend
« on: September 21, 2012, 12:47:55 PM »
For those of you on Long Island looking for something nice to do with your families next weekend ... here's a link to the LI Fair at Old Bethpage Restoration. It's a lot of old fashion fun for the kids, and I understand that they are reducing the ticket price on Saturday to only $1.

Enjoy,
Bob

It's actually THIS weekend now - Sept 28 - 30th. I've also been told there is a $1 entrance fee on Sat, instead of the usual $8-10 fee.

I thank you also for the heads up on this. My family and I never went to this fair.

Look for my wife Laura when you go. She will be indoors with the LI Quilters.

BTW - she made the cover of section 2 in Newsday on Tuesday - all about the fair and the people who volunteer to run it.
