No spicy meat - a -ball here. A nice meat- a - ball. With pork, beef, Romano cheese, parsley S&P, bread soaked in milk and squeezed out . Mixa together and fry in extra virgin Olive oil [ rare] and simmer in sauce for 3 hours. Now that's a meat - a - ball. Every Sunday morning like clockwork, our family tradition. :thumb:

It's 10:35am on a Friday morning and I'm now sitting at my desk with semolina bread in hand looking for the pot of sauce to dip into! The other thing I love is stealin' the fried meatballs before they hit the sauce. I don't know why, but there's something about those that make 'em special.
Is it lunchtime yet?

Oh yes the fried meat- a -ball is a nicea. What about some Pork butt in the sauce. Sunday sauce, nothing like it.

OK then Chicken Parm and Eggplant Parm on a nice heavily seeded semolina bread hero. Maybe some veal Marsala with roasted garlic& Rosemary potatoes. :thumb: :rofl:
