OK, so the Nolas are repaired (drove over to the factory and picked up the woofer. Spent some time chatting with Carl and Marilyn Marchisotto, realy nice folks with a genuine passion for what they do.) The same afternoon the Sunfire Sub arrived. So I spent last night pulling out a few of the audiophile warhorses to start setting up and dialing in the sub.

YAY! Killer bass is on the menu!

When I get a chance I will start another thread about my set up adventures and impressions of the sub. But at first blush, with pretty much no break in or final tweaking done, the sub is not really giving me more bass, but rather just filling in and giving more weight to the bass that the Nols were already producing. Better quailty as opposed to more quantity. Which is really all I was looking for.
