Wes Montgomery - Greatest Hits

A&M  LP

These would only be hits if you are a hard core lover of MUSAK. Sounds more like Wes Manygomery meets the 101 Strings.

Definitely doesn't work in my book.

Tangerine Dream - "Canyon Dreams"

Wow, I have a lot of T. Dream in my collection, but for some reason I seemed to have missed this one.  Something else to look for. Maybe my friend ALIS can help me locate a copy.  :D

Berlioz: Symphonie Fantastique; Richard Strauss: Don Juan - The Royal Philharmonic

Chesky CD

I have long considered the Reference Recordings release of SF to be my standard for this piece. Well I am not sure if this version will beat it (I would really have to do a side by side comparison), but I tell you what, it would at least give it a run for its money.

Dee Dee Bridgewater - "Live at Yoshi's"

A great album. I only wish her other releases had the energy that she shows in this show. This one always makes me go and look to see her concery schedule to see if she is playing anywhere close, but alas, she lives in Paris.
