FIM recording, awesome sonics. Traditional Chinese instruments playing traditional Chinese music. I love genuine ethnic music.

The playing is weak and confused. It is not as bad as some other recordings, and still worth listening to. Post teeth.

Is Heifetz worth the effort?  And Reiner?  Oh Yeah.  :thumb:

This is probably the finest Brahms Violin Concerto ever recorded, though I like Isaac Stern performance with Eugene Ormandy and the Philadelphia Orchestra on Columbia as well.
