Well, we haven't had a cold war for a generation + now, so maybe it's time to ramp up the tension and make some enemies somewhere other than the middle east.

Wouldn't New Sensor be ok and not get hit with sanctions?

It looks like that... as of today.

But as events unfold who knows what different and/or more stringent restrictions will be imposed, from eiother side of the table.
