StereoNut:
Audiogon just sent me an e-mail promoting a 50% off offer on this piece. Any one here ever actually hear one in use?

No, haven’t heard of it. Navigated their website a bit. Can’t say I understand much of it. I did note their most expensive product is this …
Sorcer X4 AC Harmonic Resonator for $3,999.95

Years ago, I believe I used a Bedini product that claimed to do similar things. I don’t remember what it was called. It did change the presentation a bit. But this all goes back 25 to 30 years…

P.I.:
Harmonics superimposed on a fixed AC voltage of 60 Hz is by definition waveform distortion.  Is all distortion bad?  Not necessarily when it comes to musical enjoyment.  SE tube even order harmonic distortion adds a fullness that can be pleasing to the ear/brain.

I'm guessing that this is the purpose of these devices.  Don't know for sure...

Folsom:
Don't be surprised if you experience a decline in health with adding lots of stuff to AC line.

S Clark:
Wow.  A resonator.  I had one in my 1969 Torino in high school that worked like a champ.  Girls loved it, and would play along with the old "It sounds better in the back seat" line... well, some would.
