This is PC software, but an important tool for the digital audiophile. A lot of people use EAC which is the first and still great audiophile quality ripper. Double Ugly recommended this new software a while back, so I tried it last week when EAC was pissing me off, again. Now Easy CD-DA has become my swiss army knife. It does everything that I previously had to use several different programs. Filetype conversion, ripping, burning, with any resolution right in the drop down box.

I used it as trial ware for 2 weeks, and bought it today. When I put in the serial, the splash screen is much faster (no delay to start), and the ripping speed is much faster. EAC is much slower. Easy CD-DA also lets you edit metadata before ripping in a very intuitive and useful way. I used to have to remash the tags after ripping.

It was about $31 to buy. I recommend it highly!

Agreed. This is very good software. EAC was a headache in comparison.
