This is another reminder about Melody products purchased from Cattylink (
http://cattylink.com).
Since they are not Melody authorized distributor/dealer, IF you ordered any products from them, ACA will not provide any supports and/or services.
The reason for this reminder is we recently received a lot of inquiries for services and as we already stated elsewhere previously as well as on our own website, those are gray market products which were smuggled out of China without proper authorization from Melody.
Hence, please don't get mad at us if you asked for support and we had to refuse.
