Many AN members will remember (and may still own) the original Musica Bella "BellaMax" tube linestage that was offered by Response Audio several years ago. Over the last two years, we have been asked by many if we plan on coming back out with an affordable tube linestage at least on par with the BellaMax.
This past year, we have been working on that replacement and now it's ready, better than ever and cost less than the BellaMax did 5 years ago
We wanted to offer a high performance, high value model for these unusual economical times.
The new model, the "LeAnna" is now run off a choke filtered, tube rectified power supply with Clarity Cap polypropylene main filter caps. Clarity Cap capacitors found in the signal coupling positions with additional options available.
There is also a transformer coupled balanced output option.
The LeAnna is housed in an aluminum chassis with laser etched front panel.
The Leanna will sell for only $1,500 and will be sold direct only.
We will soon start taking pre-orders on the first official run of LeAnna preamps.
