Nice small jazz combo with silky smooth vocals.

Can be had on Amazon for as little as 61 cents.

Gaucho
Steely Dan | Format: Vinyl

With so much new jazz and classical to chose from, I got vapor lock of the brain trying to decide, so grabbed an old fav while I feed the dog.

James Taylor: One Man Band

Nice live recording of an acoustic show. Also available packaged with the corresponding DVD.

Strange title since throughout most of the show he is accompanied by Larry Goldings on piano.

James Taylor: Sweet Baby James

After listening to the live show I had a urge to go back to theoriginal, which I had not played in quite a while. A true classic album. Luckily for us, his music stood the test of time better that his hair.

Billy Joel: The Hits

Another new release of the same old material. Nothing different or added as compared tot he original album releases. Not even alternate takes or unreleased live versions of the songs. How many times do the record companies expect people to pay them for the same exact material?

Wouldn't have bothered with it except I saw it at the library and I didn't have any Billy Joel on my ipod.
