Wow Jerome, I'm a fan of both Lockjaw and Jackie Mc, but never saw either of those albums before.

Good?

456 is great, one of Jackie's best.   :thumb:

Wandering Spirit
Mick Jagger | Format: Audio CD

some interesting stuff here, not quite the overall album that She's the Boss is, but still good.

I have about 10 S. T. titles, but not this. Seriously J., where do you find these?

I buy all of my audiophile vinyl from Acoustic Sounds.  Since I am collecting the Music Matters 180g 45RPM reissue series I buy every single release.  It just so happens that this Stanley T. album is one of them.

But being a Stanley T. fan myself, I also own several first pressings of a number of his Blue Note and CTi releases that have not been reissued on 45RPM vinyl.

DSoTM - flac - with a just-installed RCA blackplate in the EE Minimax DAC . Let's see if it's less 'forward' in presentation.

You gotta really love Baker to dig this one. Not his greatest playing, lots of treading water for bucks, from everyone. But it's happy easy music nevertheless. on LP

This one's pretty good, if you like the intellectual vegetarian jazz fare. I know Carlman hates this stuff.  The funny thing is only one side is solo. The other side is with friends.  on LP
