Jerome - Were the Firebird and the Bordin both 45 RPMs as well? The London Ansermets are some of my all time favorites. I have the King Records Super Analogue pressings of Amsermet doing Scheherazade and Pictures at an Exhibition both of which have long been on my desert island disc list. I'm hoping that one or both of them gets reissued by ORG.  [-o<

Vivaldi: 6 Flute Concertos - Patrick Gallois/Orpheus Chamber Orchestra

Exactly opposite of the last DG CD I posted, this one is very smooth and relaxing.

I had no idea either, but for 49 cents at the Crack House you can afford to take a chance.

Bach for Book Lovers

CD

I told my wife since it was a digital recording on CD, it would be OK for Kindle reading as well.

Music for Mothers to Be

CD

No message implied!!!!   I just like the series.

Besides, I wouldn't let any unborn child of mine listen to CD based music in the womb. It would have to be vinyl only. You can't start them of too young.

Lee Ritenour: Stolen Moments

CD

One of the most Un-GRP sounding GRP CDs I have ever heard. Does not have the dynamic GRP house sound, but rather sounds more like some of the direct-to-disc albums Ritenour did for EastWind records. I really liked  it.
