The best class D amps I've ever heard are those in the bottom of my Triton Reference speakers. From what I've heard and read, class D is relegated to base, not mids, not treble. Sorry guys, the class D in my Triton Reference in my speakers are also combined with a DSP processor and it sounds beyond bass belief of anything else I've heard. If your class D amp is doing it for you, well then stay with it.
If you're into full range class D, from what I read, atmasphere class D are the best.
Be real. Consider the technology and electrical theory. Class A rules from a Sonic perspective. Granted there are other perspectives and advantages that class D brings to the table.
Best.
