I would stay away from this pjece. You will have to make so many changes it would be better to build from a quality kit of DIY a similar amp from so many good schematics available. The price might seem good but you will still need a lot of additional parts including chassis, tubes and transformers.

If you really want to build a 300B amp just for the fun of doing it there are a number of complete kits out there that provide everything you need including the transformers and the chassis.

There was one such company at Capital AudioFest this year (and last year) , but unfortunately I did not take any literature from him as I am not in the market for a kit.
