« on: August 15, 2016, 08:39:16 PM »
Hey folks, I'm new to this site!I thought I would let ya'll know that I am selling my McCormack DNA-500 Power Amplifier! It is in great condition and sounds killer! I will start it at $3400! Let me know what everybody thinks! Who can dare deny the VELVET HAMMER anyways!
I live in Raleigh, NC! I am down for local buys or I can always ship it! It does weigh a hefty 81 lbs though!

Great amp indeed!

Ah, Rich, brings back great memories.  I know you were there when Carlman coined that phrase at a G2G at my place back in the spring of 2009. The sonic stars were aligned that evening and the DNA-500 was definitely in play.  Good times.

Say it's not so. I love my 500! Hey, maybe I can buy this and convert each into a monoblock. That would be sick ... and quite a bit of overkill.

Here's a suggestion ... post this amp for sale on any thread talking about powering Apogees. They need that current and power and Apogee owners are always looking for an amp to drive them properly.

Laugh and the world laughs with you. Cry and you'll have to blow your nose.
