Into Progressive Rock?
« on: November 03, 2022, 03:40:03 PM »
OK, in light of the need for new posts to beef up the forum I'm giving you guys a link to a song I released recently. I think you older guys (ahem, just about all of us) will know this one. I played Keys and drums, mix and master. Had an international friend from San Paulo on bass and another on vocals.

Emerson Lake and Palmer - Trilogy

Enjoy

This is heavy stuff!

This is quite a bit before my time, but I do enjoy some Rush.

My question is: did you have sheet music for this or was most of it improv? This is a long and complex piece.

Thanks so much guys. Yeah, I have an ELP music book and though some of it is improv, the main parts were written down.
