« on: February 16, 2012, 04:42:44 PM »
I was looking up these speakers and they seem to have an ok reputation but are not very popular, has anyone heard them first hand? Are they any good? :?:

I had the first version of those speakers and they were OK. I bought them from a friend, at his place they sounded really nice, at my place they sounded small and colored.

I have not heard the latest version, so my comments are restricted to the first version.
System consists of an amp a preamp, 2 speakers a turntable and a phono preamp, Also some cables and power cords and a really cheap cd player.

I haven't, but from the comments I've read, and reading about their construction and design, they're definitely something I'd like to hear...
