Clearaudio Absolute Phono active headshell MC stage

This potentially could be classified as Analog or Amplification so I chose this forum: I think this Clearaudio product is ingenious. Althought I haven't spent a lot of time reading about it I can imagine it will solve a lot of issues. Thoughts?

That's a smart idea. A tiny amp right near the pickup, drives the signal at higher voltage and plenty of current to avoid the losses and noise pickup inherent with low mV signal.
