Which Sheffield Test disc are you referring to? There were a few of them when I googled.

The Reference Recordings/XLO disc is similar and has the same in/out of phase tracks, but my disc is not gold. I am at work tonight, but will take a look on the shelf when I get home and get you the exact title.

It has different music tracks but from what I can see on the contents listing on Amazon, the first few tracks are the same kind of in-phase.out of phase tests (although I have never heard this disc myself , so I can't know for sure
If the imaging/soundstaging changes with volume then you are probably getting some untreated bounce from sidewalls or front/back walls. It's a sure sign that you need some treatments.(then again, our SO's continue to say we all need "treatment", no doubt )
