How is the pressing on the Percy Faith? The JVC Supervinyl that MoFi used in its early LPs (and all of the UHQRs) was originally developed to meet the needs of CD-4 quad records. So some of the quad records out there were pressed on some really first rate quiet vinyl. (I know the story of the supervinyl, but have never been able to find a comprehensive list of what record companies used it in their quad releases.
Remember, it's all about the music........

The vinyl is very quiet. The album looks like it hadn't been handled very much. I found at times some parts of the recording made me cringe a little. Even lowering the volume didn't help much. Then again my hearing as always comes into question   :(..............Bill

Took my some for our annual prigrimage to PREX last Thurs.

Between the two of us we walked out with 39 LPs and 24 CDs.  8)

Unfortunately, this was not the Crack House so I had to part with a wee bit more than $20.10.   :(

But we did come away withsome really nice stuff. I'll post details over on the "Waht are Oyu Listening to now thread as I get a chance to listen to them.

I only have one question. How on earth do youwalk into PREX and walk out with only 1 record under your arm.    (I consider myself lucky if I can get out of therre with only one shopping bag.    )

BTW, Nice haul on the rest of the stuff.

You should just get a Home Equity line of credit wired right over to them so you can just tap into it whenever you come across a big find.

Tangerine Dream, especially the Exit album provided the soundtrack to a whole lot of my college studying.

If you look at back cover and turn it 90 degrees counter-clockwise (the opening will be at the bottom, be careful not to let the record fall out) the photo is of the entrance to the building that my wife worked in at her first job out of college.  where the face is at the end of the hallway is actually a big number 32. Right before the number you turned left to of into the building .
