Robin:

Thanks for posting the pictures!

Mike:

It sounds like everyone had a great time and you were able to experiment with a lot of gear.

Well I gotta tell ya Ken, Mike's kids are ultra lucky to have such great audiophile gear at their age. I would have given up all 4 years of my high school lunch money for systems like theirs and they're not even in high school yet. But they're both great kids, just like their father! :D

Cheers,
Robin

Great to see you all and had a blast.  Was sorry that familial duty required I leave early.  Wish I had that vinyl system as a kid, smoked my BSR/Sansui/Marantz setup.

Mike,

I'm very sorry I missed the Rave. I 'sounds' like a great time was had by all, with great folks and great kit.
I, unfortunately was sailing around Manhattan on a boat in a wedding of lord knows who.... My wife and the bride's Mum were close friends 40 years ago.

Which Alon was that at the rave?

Regards,
Paul

Hi Mike,

A very belated thanks for hosting the Rave - Quite the gear fest.

I think I left 4 CDs there, in 2 double-sided plastic sleeves. Most likely in the upstairs room since the discs never made it anywhere else.

Miles_Gurtu
A totally blank CDR (a Levi demo mix)
I think a mjosef demo mix
Drawing a blank on #4 at the moment.

If you see them can you put aside and when we meet again...

Thanks

-Mike

Ah ha - I think disc #4 is an Audioquest demo sampler.

Thanks, Mike
