Just letting everyone know that a purchase and subsequent return to Crutchfield was the smoothest in my 60 year old life. I am actually amazed that I sent back speakers and stands- 4 separate boxes- on Saturday and by this morning, I received an email confirming they received the return and have processed my refund.
Kudos to them. Since there is a complete absence of brick and mortar stores anymore, I guess it’s a good thing that they exist.
BTW, they have a set shipping fee to return speakers- there are no surprises. I learned my lesson ten years ago returning speakers to a company that rhymes with zoo. It cost me 463.00 to ship them back, then had to beg to get my money refunded.

Hmmm?
Can I buy a vowel?
So what did you audition?

I tried out these:

They were not efficient enough to pair with my 30 wpc amplifier. If you’re in my age group- 60 and above, you’ll most likely love the speaker’s aesthetics as much as I do.

They look great IMHO.
rated at 90db into 6 ohms and 30 watts wasn't enough? Guess cant always go by posted measurements
Heard good things about them. Too bad it didn't work out

My long winded post regarding my efficiency findings about the Lintons, Spatials, and a third as yet unnamed speaker contestant...
