Antique TT repair?
«

My neighbor asked me about repairing his father in law's old 78 turntable:
Electro-Acoustic
Products Division of Magnavox
Model 2C
Serial Number 5871
Style EA205
Volts 117, Watts 45, Cycle 60
78RPM
Made in 1947
I can't find any mention of anything like that online. Electro-Acoustic is different from the TTs made by Magnavox during this time.

I think he will need a custom restorer to pull it together.
Any ideas?
Thanks!!

He just wants to make it work. Not looking for restoration.

Of course he can make just about any part you need
