March meeting - NY Audio Ravers and AN members welcome!

March Syndrome meeting will be at Dennis R's palace on the evening of the 19th.  NY Audio Raver's and Audio Nervosa members (visiting the NYC area) are welcome to attend as guests per Charles R's invitation.  Please pm Charles or myself for address and travel directions.  Thanks.

 Hopefully we will have the new Neko 100  DAC. I am on the tour list and expect it after 3/9. It has a warm and dark character with all the detail one would need. We shall see.
   Sounds like a DAC for Roy.

If Roy is our target audience, you better ask Neko to send the optional custom tuning devices with the DAC,



so Dennis can throw them over his speakers before the listening begins!

Just got off the phone with MIT cables. They are going to send two sets of speaker cables for us to try, these are being setup for my quicksilver amp and are being burned in for the rave.
Seems they make the network boxes for the particular electrical environment that the amp produces. So their speaker cables are sort of customized for a particular amp. Should be interesting.

Charles- bring a digital cable too.  I believe Dennis' only digital cable is an RCA to BNC (for hooking up his Benchmark DAC).

I could bring my Stereovox XV2 which is a great SPDIF cable. Let me know if I should bring.
