The power Supply is the heart of any design, so what separates the good from the ugly ?
In your experience what mods to a power supply were affective ? Recently upgraded the power supply of a Lector CDP. doubled the size of the power transformer.
Result headroom off the charts and increased dynamics. Teflon caps ? Voltage regulation ? Transformer ? What already ?
