However; as crazy as this hobby gets, it would not surprize me in the least if the two different brands of "Tac" sounded different when placed under a speaker. I have never done I sonic comparision betwenn  the two brands so I don't dare offer an opinion in that respect.

Don't forget the mass of each dollup of 'tack' down to the micro-gram, how many dollups are used, and how many micrometers of space each dollup is from its neighbor and the near edge of the speaker and stand

I have a better idea. We can have a Tac shootout at Jim's this weekend. Why not ? we do it with cables. I'll bring the Fun Tac.
