you will like the SE Mods. after you run the SE's for a bit it would be cool if you could do a comparison between them and the mono extremes and share the results thanks....WCW III

Yes, very interested in what difference you hear between SE and standard Mono Extremes.
I have the Mono Extremes and am considering an upgrade.

Thanks.

Rosconey-

What difference do you hear so far? How big a change?
I realize they take 400+ hours to break in.
How far along are you on break in?

Thanks-

Tony

well the se extremes have some hours on them now-

i am very happy- basically they do everything a bit better and vocals are more "real" also appear a bit quieter than the extremes- had to move my speakers a little to refocus the sound stage -
it draws you in more than ever-

i am very happy=well worth the upgrade

Hey Rosconey,I had owned the mono extremes first and then i sent them back to Indy for the SE mods, your observations reafirm and confirm my own observations regarding the differences.thanks....WCW III

Nice to see someone Bi-Amping with the same Amps. The synergy must be awesome. No impedance or gain mismatches here. Good luck with your system.

I have my Mono Extremes sitting in Indy right now getting the blue board SE upgrade treatment.
Klaus seems pretty excited about these new circuit boards.

Cannot wait to get them back.
