No joke......That's really their name.
"Never heard an artist or band that gave me the impression they're actually having FUN while playing music." I was having this thought just a moment before my wife verbalized it. The band, which consists of a two trombones, a bass trombone, a tuba, one electric guitar, and a drummer. The music is 99% instrumental, only occasionally do they utter some lyrics. The most "alive" music I can recall hearing. I can't help but give it a very high recommendation, these guys simply flat out ROCK.
The album that broke my "Bonerama virginity" was
"Live at the Old Point". This is the most fun I've had while listening to music, bar-none. Sure I've enjoyed
listening to music, but never have I had this much pure
fun. After creating partial hearing loss from this album, I decided to get a second. THe one I chose is called "Live in New York". Although good, it's not nearly as good as "Live at the Point".
