I was hoping to catch his trio, but this is likely to be great as well.

Bill Charlap was with his wife, Renee Rosnes. I've never heard her play before, so to hear both live was an extra treat.  Double Steinways on stage sans lids.

I've heard Renee play with a band several times back before she was married, but I've never seen Charlap. Glad you enjoyed the show!
