10/8/09 Tennessee Theatre Knoxville, TN     Bela Fleck, Edgar Meyer, & Zakir Hussain

3 absolute masters of their instruments composing/collaborating/performing/enjoying the music.

Their music might not be considered mainstream, but certainly was never "off beat" !

If you central NC folks can catch their 10/11/09 show ...

Good to hear it was such a good show. Thanks for the recommendation.

They are playing at Carolina Performing Arts Series at UNC's Memorial Hall. A great place for music with huge wood diffusors all around the stage and ceiling. Small hall, so all seats are good.
