Will I find a Threshold T50 dull on the top end compared to an adcom or mcormack 0,5? Is it possible that back in the day I was more use to the brightness of lesser amps and now with the Threshold I will fine it more musical ? Do you all have any opinions of the Threshold T50?

Hard to say. Threshold is NOT dull. Very dynamic and detailed. ya just have to hear the synergy with your system.

I can't be model specific, but any Threshold amp I've heard left any Adcom amp in its dust.  Threshold amps are lush while I found Adcom amps comparatively thin.
