Title: The FIXX
Post by: westcoastman on March 04, 2007, 04:49:47 PM
Just listened to a CD of one of my favorite groups of the early 80’s, The Fixx Greatest Hit’s.  My favorite tunes off the Greatest Hit’s are Red Skies, and Saved By Zero off their Reach the Beach Album.  In those days when I had the Reach the Beach album, I listened to it using my Crown IC 150 preamp, Crown D-150 power amp, Bose 301s and an old Sony Turntable with the 14” tone arm and a Shure cartridge. I miss my Crown equipment.

I bought the greatest hits CD after seeing the band live 3-4 years ago.  Ol' Cy can still belt out the tunes, even if he is a hat designer these days!
